Course Description
Given that 96 percent of all workplace accidents are triggered by unsafe behavior, it is widely understood that reducing accidents and improving safety performance requires a systematic focus on these unsafe behaviors in the workplace. This course provides insight into current knowledge of human error and explores strategies for reducing its occurrence.
The course also emphasizes human errors related to undesired behaviors, such as unsafe habits, and examines the causes behind them. Participants learn effective methods for identifying and remedying these undesired behaviors to create a safer work environment.
