Electrical Safety 70 E Arc Flash Specialist (Short course)

Course Description

If you work on or near energized electrical systems, have a safety role at these sites, or are an emergency responder, this course is for you. The new electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E) represent the next step toward creating a safer electrical environment in the workplace. Anyone who deals with hazards such as electrocutions, fires, and explosions should be aware of these standards and trained accordingly.

All personnel with electrical safety responsibilities in a leadership position may also need to train other personnel. Some of the positions that could benefit from this training include engineers, technicians, maintenance supervisors, plant managers, electricians, master electricians, mechanical supervisors, production managers, safety coordinators, electrical contractors, and others who work around energized electrical systems.
